When does my e-vignette become valid?
You choose the start date during checkout. For most countries it can also be valid immediately upon purchase.
Do I need to print or display anything?
No. Modern e-vignettes are linked to your license plate and checked by road cameras automatically.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices.
Can I get a refund?
Once a vignette is activated with the national authority it cannot be refunded. Contact support within 1 hour of purchase if you spot a mistake.
What if I entered the wrong license plate?
Contact us immediately. We can correct an order before activation, which usually happens within minutes.
Is your service official?
Tollvia is an independent reseller. We forward your order to the official national toll authority of each country.
Do I need a separate vignette for a trailer?
Some countries (e.g. Switzerland) require a separate vignette for trailers. Check the country page for details.
What happens if I don't have a vignette?
Driving without a valid vignette can result in heavy fines, typically several hundred euros, payable on the spot.
